If everyone was cooperating to catch the bad guy, Bin Ladin and Al Quaeda leaders would have been caught long ago. Obviously *someone* isn't cooperating. The question is who? It's also concievable that Bin Ladin was working with, say, the CIA and the WTC attacks were planned as a means of fostering solidarity among American voters. Remember a couple national elections where voters were split nearly 50-50. There is no telling what some people are willing to do to influence public opinion. But again the question would be who? No answers here.
