Look at the astros that died while in training, Basset was one guy in the mid-60's that were the prime Gemini crew and died in a T-38 accident. Any job has it's risks, but the sheer ignorance of NASA BOWING to POLITICAL PRESSURE to launch when ICE was still on the Launch Tower was a NO -BRAINER!-----BAD CONDITIONS and MANDATORY SCRUB!!!!!
