Space/Science » in reply to Intelligent Design at NASA

One thing is ignored in this debate.

NASA is responsible, and caters to...US taxpayers.
I'll repeat that word three times so people will get it.

Taxpayers.

Taxpayers.

TAXPAYERS.

There are...over 200 million of them in the US of A.

Over half of them are religious, spiritually-inclined
and hold beliefs that would offend, repel or vex many
nonbelievers and secular humanists on this website.

And I haven't even mentioned millions of American taxpayers
who call themselves Bible-believing born-again Christians..

The overwhelming bulk of them...taxpayers.

And what do the majority of taxpayers want from NASA?
Well?...Ask Mr. Harris or Mr. Gallup what the majority of American taxpayers want from NASA.

It's the taxpayer who foots the bill, who should have the right to call the tune that NASA dances to, proverbially speaking.

It's called a taxpayer's right.

WOW! I've used that word "taxpayer' a lot in this post.

Yes...there are taxpayers at HZ, but the numbers at HZ
are tiny compared to the millions of taxpayers outside this website.

Maybe it's time to abandon NASA because of its need to obey the will of its taxpayer-based support.
