"I can rail against the Bush Administration's campaign to undermine science, and of course I should. But I'm also a bit peeved that whenever issues like this come up, RightWing Zoners are nowhere to be found. I want some accountability here: You guys helped elect him and the entire Republican Party machine, and you work to keep them in power."

I wonder where to begin?

Let's start with "RightWing Zoners". Who do you mean? Perhaps there are "nowhere to found" because there is a shortage of "RightWing Zoners".
I don't think there are so many RightWing Zoners that it would be too burdensome for to name the few which are you talking about.

Even assuming there were large numbers of "RightWing Zoners" that were part of electing George Bush who post on HabitableZone. I think the larger blame can placed on who the Democrats selected rather than action taken by Republicans [not to mention the relatively tiny number of "RightWing Zoners"].
A ham sandwich could won against Bush in last election, but the Dems selected John Kerry. Is there any reason why I need to explain why John Kerry was a bad choice? But even with Kerry if the campaign was run reasonably well, he could won. But the Dems pick a flip flopping traitor who runs a bad campaign, [and wonder how it's possible that Bush could win- and even have coattails].
Now, of course, in Dem's world Gore was the father of the internet and Kerry was war hero- but living in delusion can sometimes be costly {such as losing the majority in both Houses and two presidential elections}.
