This is basically the same thesis ER linked to in his "Changing Filters" post.
It's interesting to see the "unfairness of capitalism" meme pop up all over the place all of a sudden. I suspect this is being pushed on a number of fronts to justify the current Democratic agenda, which (as usual) is more wealth redistribution, more powerful government, and the managed decline of the private sector.
Nothing new here. For more Reich, you can find his blog here, along with this video and many more. Most liberals here will think his ideas are brilliant. Decide for yourself.
