The other problem here is that Mr. Bush lied to Congress in his State of the Union address when he claimed that Iraq had weapons of mass destruction it did not have.
In Mr. Clinton's case, the consequence of his lie was a jilted lover. In Mr. Bush's case, its literally thousands of American soldiers killed and thousands more permanently disabled.
