There's a similarity in that I demonstrate a certain intolerance while I bitch about intolerance. You make that point, and only that point.

I'm intolerant of people who do not respect others religions. Who make fun of others religions, while holding their own sacrosanct.

Now, that's not a big issue. Religious bigots are common. Fundamental Christians are religious bigots. Waging war on another religion, again.

Let's move on. I'm intolerant of those who approve of, say, torture as an instrument of state policy. You expect me to tolerate that? As you do? I'm not that cruel and insenstive. You would have me tolerate torturers. What kind of person are you? (We'll get to that.)

I'm intolerant of those who approve of a President lying to get the US into an illegal war against a third-world country which is no threat. And spending $2 trillion to do it. Killing 30,000 innocent people in the process. You expect me to be tolerant of my country slaughtering those innocent people? Dropping 500 pound bombs on cities? I'm not that cruel. As you are. We're closing in on your value system, aren't we?

I'm intolerant of those who distort reality to approve of a President who will say, "The United States does not torture terrorist suspects" and cannot acknowledge the lie. Doesn't bother some people, including you. Well, the value system doesn't seem to have ethical, moral values. What's there? Inhumanity.

To be tolerant of torture, murder, crimes against humanity, war crimes, slaughtering innocents, and the people who perpetrate those acts and the people who support them is beyond me. You expect otherwise? You think I could ever be like you? Or respect you?

Nope. I regard such people as a bit lower than other animals. My hounds have more respect for each other than you do for humanity. And that's sad. Because it's a wretched existence, the more so because you can't realize it. And I am intolerant. Of you. And your cruelties.
