You mercilessly mock those who don't subscribe to your worldview. I find it hard to believe you've discovered manners and tolerance only when the Muslims are involved.
I suspect more than a few of the liberals who have leaped to the defense of the Muslims in this issue are doing it because of their instinctive tendency to side with pretty much anyone or anything that opposes America and western values.
A sudden reluctance to offend a religion, something they pretty much make a career of where Christianity is concerned, is not that plausible.
