To be fair, eight years of Clinton had a lot of conservatives chewing on their own shirttails, too.

Still, some liberals left a lot of their marbles in Florida in 2000, and the 2004 victory didn't make it any better. If they don't get the Congress back in 2006, impeachment is a gone goose, and you're really going to see some depression.
