Unfortuntly, the lunch ladies didn't have a clue as to how to properly prepare prime-rib.

Fortunatly, we had one Sikh in our class who always had a sharp knife on hand...Also he was great at sharing, or we may have starved on Tuesdays!

The government cheese that we recieved as part of the school lunch program could be easily cut with a plastic butter knife, but not the prime rib...

(Tuesday was prime-rib day).
