It's a very small step
from imprisoning someone for saying things you don't like to imprisoning them for serving pig soup. There's no excuse for it IMO. It would be far better for those opposed to him to sharpen their own verbal skills to counter his claims. If the evidence is as clear cut as you say, it shouldn't be hard to do.
