It's called space...the final frontier.
Eugenics/National Socialism took the dark road, but it didn't have to. While implementing such a national program would be extremely difficult here on Earth, space is a pristine environment. A clean slate on which to have a fresh start.
My views are towards the future, not the past. The universe is more than large enough for all races, creeds, and ethnic groups. My vision of the future in space is having it populated with a multitude of independent city state like colonies. Each one with its own culture and societal norms and ideals. Libertarianism at its finest.
