Let's forget just for now, discussions about what works or doesn't - we're really talking about personal preferences. Yours are for racial segregation, I guess you simply don't like other elements of the single human race, and don't want them in your own environment. That's your personal basis for imagining future separate planet scenarios.

OTOH I absolutely want 'racial' mixing in my own environment, which gave up the old 'White Australia Policy' (officially so named) some decades ago. Now in my own work environment, I can become good friends with Vietnamese, Indian and other immigrants who are often much more mature and intelligent than home-grown yokels. I can get friendly or close with beautiful women from other countries. In fact, I'm pleased to have met my new German colleague - who is married to an African woman. This guy is representative of our human future, thankfully.

Most of all I'm glad I don't have to travel to other separate and segregated countries, let alone other planets, to meet and mix with these people. What an utterly idiotic idea. You are doomed to utter failure since the whole uplifting trend of human activity and of life generally, is of integration into a greater whole. Even your stupid 'eugenics' tells you that mixing 'races' often produces more beautiful or capable children.

Basically the best solution is probably that you need a planet to yourself, maybe together with other pallid, thin-lipped white supremacists with harsh angular faces (or possibly flabby ones) and weird psycho eyes.
