We are not bluffing, we mean what we say.
Continue with UN diplomacy and hopefully sanctions if Iran doesn't comply.
With the rest of the world we need to take diplomacy actions but be very firm about them. These stall tactics like Iran has been doing is a farce. The UN needs to get a backbone and mean what they say and enforce what they declare.
Being bullies or buddies shouldn't have anything to do with it. What's right or wrong should be the order of the day.
Where has being the good buddy and letting Europe led us with Iran?
