I'd be careful buying Douglas Farah
He is definitely out there much, though not all of the time. Even at FreeRepublic his credibilty is low. Maybe it's the "Chicken Little" effect, but I'd probably believe Debka.com over him -- Farah is _always_ warning about something big coming. He also was pushing the idea that al-Queda was responsible for California wildfires; not sure if he's making the same claims about Texas this year.
If you're seeing the same sorts of things from a bunch of bloggers with solid connections, that's different. And while I don't know most of the names offhand at that CT blog, they do have some interesting news items and a good collection of links to relevan sites, thanks.
