...wherever their pets are..can the troublemakers be far behind? And almost universally, these folks DO have pets. It fits their psychological make-up.

It's sheer genius. And the constitution has no laws against spying on people's pets.

A rush of HZ-ers to get their pets x-ray'd will follow. Unfortunately these sensors are bio-engineered and have no metal parts.
