Isn’t it great that they are basically friendly though? Imagine if they were acting like the French kids in the current labor strike, or like the previous disgruntled Muslims they experienced rioting for days burning France.
If we would just enforce the current law we have we wouldn’t be going through this and we would have 11 million more people paying taxes (figuratively).
Give the employers an incentive to register the illegal workers they employ. It will stop the employer (most) from breaking the existing law and start the process of legalizing the workers. They are here working so what better way to find them and once you do they will receive a new type of card that can’t be forged easily, but easily checked by the employer for verification.
As legal Americans we are to blame for allowing our laws to be manipulated and broken for the convenience of cheap labor and lower cost of goods. How many politicians who are voicing for reform had no problem serenading their concerns for votes from legal countrymen.
The sooner we legalize them the better it will be for the US and it will change the way we enforce new immigrants coming into the US.
Can you imagine the cost of sending 11 million illegals back not to mention lost revenue?
