You know, education is very important to national defense against Al Queda and other terrorist organizations.
Probably still more money goes to the Homeless who are defenseless against attack.
And still more to the National endowment for the Arts to create new artworks that will help foster better understanding between Muslims and infidels.
I should have been a Democrat. So many creative ways to waste...Er...I mean spend taxpayer dollars.
