Beefing up Port Security?

How are they going to do that? Especially when they are against border security.

The Democrat's unspoken plan: Leave the border wide open, but then throw money at the port authorities (most of which are Airport Authorities) and then pretend we are more secure...

Call the Republicans racist on one, and pretend that you are protecting the USA on the other all the while throwing big $$$ at unionized port workers and corrupt local politicians (Like Ray Nagin)...Great plan if there are millions of port workers who will vote for you on election day.
