I still havenâ€™t made it through the whole plan. Once I got to; â€œIncrease support for recruiting and retention effortsâ€ I started losing it.

I canâ€™t wait to see Boxer, Feinstein and Pelosi telling San Francisco and the universities to let the military recruiters on campus to enlist students.
