Nick, yes, you're up to something here.
As in Europa and Enceladus, they have, HAVE, to be bodies that have, HAVE enough water/ice as well as an internal dynamo/tidal heating element to propagage (if I may) to propel, in a way of a 'magnenosphere' the radiation from their parent star. In a similar way as our own planet does.
Anyways, either way, there it is.
