Probably worth the money.
One problem I have in discussions is that so many of the papers quoted in news articles are "pay per view." There's nothing wrong with that, of course, but it limits things. Sometimes I'll pay, but then I feel constrained in how much I can quote or use, something that isn't as much of an issue for free material.
