It seems to me like the Iraqis are taking their own sweet time
in forming a new government. Perhaps they need new elections? Or perhaps the threat of immediate withdrawal of USA-UK forces that are holding the government together might sober them up. Or perhaps they are just too goddamn stupid and ornery to get along enough to form a government.
