Personally, I was fascinated by the idea that property has more intrinsic value than people.

Real estate will always tend to increase in value because nobody is making any more of it. Ever. This is not true of human beings. Supply and demand.

Human beings' value is derived from a principle of basic economics? We have a large renewable supply of people, so this puts people at a disadvantage as opposed to dirt?

Wheeee! I bet nobody has heard that in church lately!
