The Non-Proliferation Treaty should distinguish between peaceful and non-peaceful types of nuclear technology. It should be re-written more specifically. And soon.
Current Events » in reply to Clearly they do not have peaceful intentions. They have alternate technology available. If they don't take it I would give them only sanctions.
