He is the one that set the stage by spewing out foul worded lies about us, so we can now retaliate by showing our contempt of him by purporting similar lies about him.

Translated into ordinary English, it means that their calculations do not give the same results as the "measured" observations.
In the same manner, RL's calculations about the atmospheric phenomenon (my theory) do not agree with the "observed" phenomenon. No matter how obtuse language RL uses, he can not change the laws of physics.
Perhaps the other four people would have figured out what was going on, but only if they would not have taken the input of one idiot (RL) into consideration.
