Somebody has a hallucination about your job, who cares? We know what you do for a living, you've never made a secret of it, and your bona fides are online for anyone willing to look for them.
As for those mistakes, even if you did make them, I once installed a bellows in a rocket LOX line for expansion. With a metal net wrapped around it. The kind that you put on a bellows when it's just for bending, and you DON'T want it to expand.
Was lucky nobody got killed.
