Agee moved to Cuba because he's a hard line socialist who believes the world should be run that way, and the Cuban government loves people like that.

He's running a tour operation there, helping separate useful idiots from their money. This was after a short time in Sandinista Nicaragua, back when it was Useful Idiot Paradise.

If you're that interested in the little creep's side of the story, try his autobiography.
