and Rove and LIbby and 10 John Does

I don't suppose you read the filing, did you? I remember you gloating when it appeared that Cheney and Rove were going to escape justice when Fitzgerald declined to prosecute; that is, in the spirit of the RightWing NitPicking Squad they were innocent because they hadn't violated the letter of the law, never mind the spirit. Most people with actual values understand that what they did was wrong, but what matters to Republicans is that they escape punishment.

The thing that could well be a riot now is that this civil suit alleges a conspiracy to abuse official power in pursuit of a political vendetta. Making that case doesn't depend on whether Rove, Cheney, and Libby (and 10 John Does, "high government officials") broke the specific law relating to outing a cover CIA operative. It addresses what they did with their official powers and the harm they caused. The whodunit is laid out in Fitzgerald's findings; he declined to prosecute but put the evidence in the public record. Dontcha just love it?

It's about justice, in other words. Yeah, this could be a riot. I hope so.

And what was that snide comment you made just recently about "waiting for the other shoe to drop"? It just dropped, Bunkie! One of 'em, anyway, and I suspect there might be a whole shoe-tree more.
