This isn't about "justice," it's about keeping their names in the headlines. Believe me, the last thing Wilson and Plame want is for this to go to an actual trial and be forced to give evidence under oath, or be subjected to discovery from the defense.

I predict that any actual trial is going to be many, many months from now, if ever. Filing the suit was the end, not the means. Meanwhile, this will be milked for all it's worth.
