We at HabitableZone Properties always appreciate those enterprising clients who carefully research their prospective investments. Very much so indeed.

"Properties" near the equatorial region of Jupiter do, by their nature, include rights to tap into the Io Flux Tube. Its terminus at Jupiter's "surface", in fact, passes through most properties approximately once per every twelve hours, and so it is actually impossible to avoid that cornucopia of energy. It is, of course, the client's responsibility to provide the necessary equipment to make use of this boon. Should you require technical assistance in this endeavor, you may of course consult our experienced technical staff by posting your customer service request on the Space/Sciences forum of HabitableZone Properties. We are quite proud of our corps of space cadets, and if you take the time to read the history of customer service projects recorded on that forum, you will see that we have tackled such ambitious projects as terraforming Venus and reengineering the Solar System by moving planets and other bodies into new positions. Tapping into the Io Flux Tube should prove child's play by comparison.

Once again, Mr. Daniel, I remain

Your humble servant,
