T.T.C..Trans Texas Corridor....any INFO?

Anybody hear hail from the Lone Star state and give any info on this mega project? and what's the chatter on how this will link up with Mexican seaport terminals with them using their ports to import overseas goods to US RAIL HUBS thus cutting out US DOCKS?
