If you want to switch it to specific Democrats, you may be right depending. If you want to switch it to one of your patented "all you Democrats think alike" falacies, then well you can have that discussion all by yourself for all I care.

Fact remains: these two cases are comparable only in so far as the New Jersey and Texas laws are similar. I admit I have not researched the New Jersey case. The piece you linked to did not think that the specifics of the law were important enough to talk about. But I can tell you that unless someone finds something new and dramatic buried away in the Texas laws, the Republicans do not have a legal leg to stand on. And Lee is the obvious hypocrit on this board, concerning it. Don't you think?
