I don't eat organ meat. In my right mind I will not even try it.

Is tongue an organ? Probably classed as a muscle, but still... I was drunk at a Mexican cafe many years ago and a huge cow tongue was served at our table. I tried it and it was delicious, like very tender roast beef. I haven't eaten it again.

In a Mexican cafe on Pico Blvd, in Los Angeles, I was very drunk and ordered a bowl of Menudo. It was very good but I threw it up about 15 minutes later and I haven't been tempted to try it again.

I haven't tried snake but I would give it a shot just to see if it is really like chicken. I agree with you on eating stuff that taste like chicken when there is plenty of chicken available.
