More Proof that Bureaucracies Are Run by Idiots

The old Anti-Gravity and Perpetual Motion scams strike again!

One would hope (in vain) that, after several hundred years of abject failures, people would no longer be investing time, money, and effort in these two venerable frauds. However, P T Barnum (or whoever) was right: "There is another sucker born every minute."

And once an hour, another con-man is born to fleece these suckers.
