How reliable is torture in extracting accurate information?

If the information can be instantly tested for accuracy and it will save lives, I would support it but otherwise no.

Any efforts to legalize torture are wrong. John McCain and others have stated that if torture is used the perp should be willing to accept judgement for the act.
