When my English friend was over here she was appalled. Met a woman at a hostel who needed health care for a couple of chronic conditions.

"Go to the doctor!"

"I don't have the money."

Here she was, an American citizen, taxpayer, who couldn't go the the doctor. While she was paying to have innocent Iraqis killed, by the way.

No excuse.
