Ah yes, the good old Clinton Years. 9/11 being planned right under his nose. Enron helping drive the Economy with their illegal practices right under his nose. Too bad he didnâ€™t leave an growing economy when he left office, like the growing economy handed over to him.

Clinton didnâ€™t do much, so it was hard for him to get in trouble. Too bad President Bush is having to deal with the problems Clinton ignored.
