You limit the constitution's definitions whatever way fits your views. Freedom of speech doesn't really mean the freedom to say whatever you want, and aiding and abetting only means what you want it to mean.

I've given a far more rational reason how freedom of speech limits application of the definition of aiding and abbetting than your hand waiving obviously, but you obviously don't want to mentally engage the possibility that loose lips sink ships.

What the first prosecution in 50 years does show is what a load of crap the silencing people through threat of prison arguement was. If there is one thing American's do know except on this board it's their freedom of speech.
