Nice try indeed, Mr. T: "Give up your liberties or die!"
As far as claiming that the "Bush administration was incompetent at preventing 9-11", to be precise, I've claimed all along that the Bush Administration is simply generally incompetent (and of questionable morals and integrity)...so let's not quibble over which particular ways they were incompetent.
But you were only warming up for the main event:
1) This government surveillance program is designed to ferret out terrorists.
2) It searches for "anti-Bush, anti-US sentiment" in websites all over the world"
3) It flags such material to identify people who are "unstable folks who are more likely to commit terror or to be linked to terrorists"
4) It "picks up posts like those made by Lindy, Bowser, Don, Jack or Eric".
Therefore,, Lindy, Bowser, Don, Jack and Eric are likely terrorists or linked to terrorists.
Oh, smooth, SDAI-Tech1, sooo smooth.
Then there's your authoritarian conservative conflation of "anti-Bush" with "anti-American". Another smoothie, Techie. Not only are Lindy, Bowser, Don, Jack and Eric "anti-Bush", and safe to say another dozen or so Zoners, hell, Techie, I am anti-Bush.
So I guess we're all anti-American in your book, eh?
Your wit has all the grace and subtlety of blunt trauma.

Can you say "authoritarian conservative"?
