It would have to be the other way around, and I just don't see Hillary settling for another 8 years of playing 2nd fiddle.

Obamma IS a rising star. Nothing could short circuit that faster than being VP to President Clinton.

Hillary is going to need to find a Democratic version of Dick Cheney...
