God is the absense of talk.
As for that "arf", having some experience with addictions, I can tell you honestly that I am as addicted to my ego as I ever was to any and all drugs.
With the same destructive results.
I have to say that I ask every day to be "relieved of the bondage of self". And little by little, in subtle ways, on occasion, to a slight degree it happens.
(And then I read about Iraq or Bush, and it's back to the asking again to be relieved, etc.)
