Just because she's white, that implies racism?
Seams to me it would be just as racist to have a black bimbo. That would say "Blacks shouldn't mix with whites". At least the ad is 'desegregated' and it points out that Ford did go to a Playboy party. How else would you bring that up in an "attack" ad?
It's no worse than local news or the major networks having the black reporter report the stories dealing with blacks, the Asian reporter covering the Asian stories and so on...
