Beats me. When I watched this, with all the vanilla conservative talking points on taxes and guns, the race angle wouldn't have occurred to me in a hundred years, and so far, only Democrats have been screaming about it.
I think the ad makers just picked somebody who looked like a Playboy model at random and stuck her in there. It's the girl who appears earlier in the ad and says "I met Harold at the Playboy Party." She's a classic airhead model, and frankly, the "airhead model" stereotype isn't a black woman.
The Democrats are making this up. The paranoia on their side passed the clinical point a long time ago.
