For the record, I am opposed to Saddam receiving the death penalty. Since I am fundamentally opposed to the death penalty, period, I can't make exceptions regardless of the circumstances.

Besides, the Euros who were in bed with Saddam all these years, working side by side with him are walking, living the good life and dissing the USA - when by most measures of justice they all deserve twenty years of hard labor for their crimes alongside Saddam.

Infinite Justice is above revenge. Killing Saddam brings none of his victims back and gives Saddam no chance to atone to the Iraqi people for his actions.
