It's typical of Bush, to lie, obsfucate, distort and deny.
Then make laws around anything that can be used against him.

The US "doesn't torture", remember?
He's doing his damndest to prevent anyone from persecuting him for war crimes of his own. And you wonder why they're hacking up the Homeland Security bill and Military Provisions Act?
