What "is" progress when there's been one mitigated disaster after another?
Let's start with no more disasters.

I believe Bush and his cabinet are responsible not only for these disasters but they broke the law doing it. I think we should move ahead prudently, not just trying to clean up the mess (and it IS a mess), but by holding accountable those responsible for these disasters .

That will be part of the process.
Not only to serve justice, but hopefully to prevent anything like this happening again. And I'm sure a lot of conservatives want their country back and won't be looking into dark, expensive corners to find it.
