Time to filabuster then
With a Democratic leadership coming first of the year, the Republicans wouldn't dare invoke their nuclear option threat of doing away with filabuster now and losing the tool for their own use later.
I'm all for bi-partisanship but Bush has had his way long enough. Time to draw a line in the sand. His choices have been horrendous.
