Yeah, CLV will go. But that's no setback, as the EELVs can take over the CLVs role - faster, better (IMO), and cheaper. The market will support 2 20 ton launcher production lines, not 3, and the Iraq war has eaten any money that Thiokol hoped to get to enter that market.
I wonder when its going to sink in? Oh yeah: one month from now. After December, the focus here will be shifted from manned flight to Mars to the development of the Moon. Of couse, the focus here might be drowned by news related to the "mideast".
