That's right. Linux boy has a windows partition fot things like re-flashing the bios on my MP3 player. It was a fearsome beast to tame down to 2GB with some AV and spyware control. I did manage to get it to cough up the bloodied organ of WMP from it's guts that helped me save some space, but it keeps wanting to reinstall the damn thing.
Anyway, like R sez, I agree that manual is the way to go. Of course a lot of people are offended if their computer requires any maintenence attention, so this might be too much for such folks.
